I'm sure you don't have to be 18 to use either paypal or eBay, it's one or the other as far as I know.

ebay is 18 but they dont pay much attention lol

Try and register with your proper DOB and see what it says.

I'm 17 and I have one, I have my visa card attached to it so I get instant payment on ebay.

I was asking the same thing a month ago but found out loads of under 18s have it, so I just got my own aswell. You can use debit cards and since you can get them at 15/16, I don't see any problem.

PayPal doesn't require you to enter your age upon registration.

Same, I don't know what I'd do without ebay Although I'll probably be thousands of pounds in debt in a few years from buying too much. :eusa_shif
