My dads really grumpy, and stressy, and agressive, and because of this my sister has basically no confidence because hes ALWAYSS yelling at us

it doesnt bother me as much, because I can stand up for myself, but Rachel can't.

I was just in the car with him, and he nearly crashed the car from being in such a bad temper with us (for no reason) and then make a snide remark 'I should just kill us all then'

um yeah, i dont know how to tell him to calm down basically, its really getting to me, and its really depressing my sister.

Sounds like he's mentally abusing your sister. Maybe tell him how he's effecting you're sister and he'll be shocked enough to relise what he's doing.

its actually got so bad, i walked into form class today and burst out crying, and thats really not like me..

I think you just need to tell him and hopefully, get your sister to get a few words in. Sometimes they don't even notice what they're doing until the victim speaks up about it.
