The Vulcan had a test flight in Leicester in October last year, there's only one flying in the world, number XH558 has been the subject of this: http://www.tvoc.co.uk/ For many a year

Being a sergeant in the ATC for three years keeps you on top of this stuff![]()
I live in Lincoln, a few miles from RAF Waddington, (I can see and hear evrything that comes/goes) in fact, and I'm not sure whether they've moved it back to Waddington or not. I know they want it to fly in the Airshow this year, so maybe it's gone back to do practice flights?
Now that I think on it a little more, At work the other day I did hear a set of enormous engines go over, at first I thought it was the Lancaster or the DC-2 photo-plane Waddo has, but it could have been the Vulcan.
I hate planes, and I hate flying.
There is a Vulcan about which is now flying and maybe appear at some UK air shows in the upcoming months. However, they will not be used for modern combat, only for show to the public and so on.
there is a build vulcan that was finnished ages ago i think, its all completed and is up and flying.
