whoever buys it, i hope they leave it and dont do anything to it, cuz its a hollywood landmark. i wouldnt be surprised if a rich celeb attempted to buy it though.

I don't think they would be a very popular person if they did change/remove it. But by the looks of things the land may never sell. $22 million is a hella lot of money, there's not many people in the world that would spend that much money on the plot of land.

To be honest, if you've eve been there its not that much.
Paris hiltons house that is near that is going for summit like $4 million dollers and she only bought it for $2 million or something.
