Background is OK but very easy to make.

I'm not sure on the logo as it's not very hosting-y.

The bg is a brush.

It's horrible sorry, no colour, the gradients are horrid.

Try and make the LP more, vertical, and the drop shadow (Or black under the LP) less, maybe edit the opacity.

Please stop leaving cheeky comments about other people's abilities when all you've done for the past few weeks is steal mine and try to claim you were testing the divs. Divs don't need to be tested, they are there they work.

Like others said the background is okay but the actual logo isn't. You'd tried to use tooooooo much effects.
