You have been a S mod for a while now not being rude or anything
but you didnt really do a good job of it you also dont really deserve to be
a admin.

You also DONT deserve content manager you had nothing to do with the content team before I think a particular content designer deserved the job.

I sent you a PM a while ago to update a particular part of the site
and you sent me a very RUDE pm back about how the part didnt need
updating when in fact it did and a particular content designer agreed with me.

The fact remain you have no experience content designing whatsoever.

Jay was a content designer for a good amount of time and did alot of work whilst he was. The same goes for him been a forum super moderator, I was a super moderator along with Jay and all I can say is, he yet again thoroughly deserved his promotion to an administrator. As said by Immenseman, he is an incredibly hard working member of staff aswell as doing work on the UK site he also manages HabboxWorld which has come over leaps and bounds thanks to the work of both him and yoshimitsui. Like many others have said he deserved both of his new jobs more than anyone else really, especially his forum administrator job as I've seen all his hard and continuous work myself.

I wonder who the next thread will be about.

Jay when he was an smod was a very hard working team player to the Moderation team he is always helpful to talk to if you need something or advice on a particular subject he is the best for it! Ive also was going through our previous reports and when jay was a Normal moderator he did some outstanding work.

I think jay does deserve to be an admin and the negative PM that he sent you was proberly because he is buesy doing something on the site obviously, you have to understand that if you keep bugging admins they will be rude too you, instead of PMing the manager of content designer contact a normal content designer and get them to pass on a message to jay. Its that simple and jay will be on to it most porberly when he is finished what he is doing.

Dont go bugging the admins unless it is really IMPORTANT!

I've not been content design manager for very long and in the past I've not been in charge of updating the site on the whole - only certain parts of it. I don't recall receiving a PM from you or being rude however in the event that this is the case you can contact another member of the administration team and forward the PM and the PM ID if you feel I was rude to you and if you do think this I apologise.
