Oh lord, They have lost one customer? But then again, they probably made quite a few more since this thread was started.
They have your money now, they aren't exactly losing a customer (Yeah, they have lost you buying games but judging by the vast numbers of Xbox owners... Care = 0)

And about the PS3 owners getting free games if they break down... I was given a brand new console when my 3rd one broke down and I have been given a FULL refund, 6 Free Games and a Universal Media Remote.
Exact same story with one of my friends who had quite a few Xbox consoles...
