Interestingly JRH I have remembered that the same thing happened to me about 2 weeks ago and I couldn't get in on my pass and my email addy on the account had been altered to add an extra '1' so I couldn't retrieve it.
J1mi gave it back after quite a few questions. I have to say their security is quite good to make sure somebody else doesn't get on the account except for B's which is another story
