It was horrible, if I did that to him I'd retire from playing football knowing what I did may force a fantastic young player who had more skill than me, retire from the game.

Yeah seriously, he is my favourite player. It was so sad to see this happened.
As soon as i heard how bad it was i just burst out into tears, don't ask me why im just really emotional. I wish him ALL the best and i hope it isn't bad enough to end his career

Exactly what I was thinking. He DID NOT deserve anything that happened today, and we deserved to win..
He was probably one of our only hopes of winning our AC Milan game imho.
