What did he die of? I asked before but nobody replied.
Im guessing it was soemthing like a stroke or hear attack? Not being shot or anything.......

This may be a bad question, but if he died in the plane, which country would be the Place Of Death, would it be the country they were flying over / country of plane etc?

That's a really good question to be honest. If he was in international air-space which most of the Mediterranean sea is then I'm really stumped. He could well of died in international air-space as well, cause he was pronounced dead on arrival by the Turkish authorities.
