Need Layout and Banner

Hi,

I am looking for a habbo style layout - no junk. With a easy editble nav. I will also need a banner witch fits it with the layout. Heres somethings i want:

-Room For Radio
-Sidebar For News
-Nav Bar

The winner will get 2HC sofas and if it is really really gd i might add 1 more HC sofa and possible Habbox Forum VIP.
