Help Request..

Hi, I recently came across a site which is using my layout, how would I go about taken action against them eg contacting there host?

I have sent an email to them asking them to remove it etc and they haven't complied.

I don't want to give out my/there site because the layout was for a school site and they havn't removed any of the names =/

How do I find out there host?
