I got this when asking 'Where has the tutorial thingy gone when you first login Habbo?'

and this wasn't emergency.. i just got reply saying 'You'll be banned for abusing etcetcetc..

Because it wasn't an emergency, hence the text (before you click 'Get Live Help' or whatever it is)goes on about that you have to use it in emergencies.

Its true about racism I once reported someone for being racist and all I got was a reply saying use the ignore.. There was loads people in the room and the dude just kept on being racist.
