The "current events" mentioned in his songs relates to a line about the Twin Towers getting attacked, which was obviously years before his death. What people don't realise is that it's been attacked before, just not successfully. Also lots of rappers talk about their own deaths - Biggie had the album "Ready To Die" and there's Ice Cube's "Death Certificate" just to bring up two. On the idea of numbers; most things can be brought down to 7, although 5's supposedly the easiest one to do or something.

In my view it's a great disrespect to him to say that he's still out and about, and if he was planning a comeback it would have happened years ago.

To hush up the disappearance of Tupac you'd need the co-operation of his family, whichever friends he wouldn't want to upset with his death, his label, the police crew involved, the hospital crew involved, the mortuary crew involved and probably various others.
