Flash layout

How would I go about making a layout in Flash CS3? Is there any tutorials, etc?

To make a flash layout you need to create the layout in general on fireworks/photoshop, and then when you slice it, slice it into bits you want to handle eg a bouncing ball with a grey bg, the ball would be sliced so that flash can bounce that element.
