I want to learn PHP & CSS, but everytime I try and learn I always give up because it's too complicated.

Yes, there are some good websites, but most just slap some code onto a page and basically you've got to know basic knowledge inorder to understand that, but I found a very good site for both PHP & CSS. Full tutorials.

If your a beginner I'd stick with maybe PHP first before moving onto the other languages available on their site.
