I would re-arrange the seating arrangements into squares of 4 seats, as it would suit the room layout better. Also add a few posters and more stickies with safety info on them, to fill the walls as they look a bit bare.

If you want the room to look basic I would use mode or area sofas as they're good for a basic yet stylish room .

The area for the staff is way to small/crowded if you ask me, which would cause problems if you do get staff and what not. Try and expand it out a bit and add some posters.

It's a bit plain for a help desk, and as charliee said the staff area is too cramped.

I don't like the use of the Smoke Machines but other than that it looks ok .
