Maybe add some good looking stuff to the form elements, and the quality of image is crap

the image is crap coz i wanted the image to be small so i used jpeg. also i will add some form elements.

Doesn't look like a layout, basically looks like tables.

its done in CSS, and its meant to be basic as with the system you can edit the templates :p

Looks O.K but I'd have the nav down the side with a dropdown menu and have everything in the center.
