HostSuite Logo - Why the other thread was closed

The real reason I closed the other thread was because I know the real argument was about to start or spam wars so I was trying to save you the agony.

Instead you try and turn it round onto me.

If you compare the two images, it is clear that you just recoloured the word Suite.
- If I recolour a HabboHotel furniture item then Sulake still owns that image.

Therefore I still own BOTH images.

No you do not. I have taken the same font (everyone has access to a font), used the same words (everyone can use ANY word) and used a free colouring, and created my logo.

as you ahd the psd, all you ahve done is change the colour of the 'suite' part. i have gone onto PS and put the two texts together and, no surprise, they fit perfectly.

Nothing stopping me editing a colouring, anyone could create that logo...the fact is I have created it and I am now using it.

Yes but the recolouring example I used about Habbo where if I recolour a Club Sofa to yellow, Sulake still own it.

Creating an image such as furniture is different to using a free-to-use textbox.

I was just making my point, and explaining why I am still using my logo.
