I can't decide on this

I want to do something with my fringe, but I don't... i'm really indecisive.

I had a kinda short side fringe before, but I grew it out, I liked the idea of being able to pull all of my hair back without any bits hanging out, now i'm bored of growing it and i'm thinking of cutting it back again... I don't want to do anything too drastic, my layers are already pretty short, so I figured cutting some kind of fringe in would be the only way to make a difference to my hair without hacking it off.

What do you think?
