I think I can notice boot up is faste, go through Windows Explorer is quicker for me also.

Vista SP1 installed without a hitch. No problems experianced so far

I've been checking for updates over and over since this thread was started. Still nothing

SP1 has seriously made my startup and windows exploring a hell of alot faster.

Hopefully Sp1 will sort of my start up problem. It's a long shot but it might help
