I've created a tutorial which will learn you how to make a habbo layout outline. It's on swedish, but it's some english included.

I dont have photoshop
But i cleverly used the spraycan tool in paint to make one like in your tut.
Lets set the stage on fire, and hollywood will be jealous.

Ok, it doesn't look good with the spray.. And with paint, it's harder to make this, and it takes more time
