Very true and its nice that somebody is honest for once when in this situation. Hope it all gets sorted out quickly and for the best.

Well I could go down the path and say 'it's not my fault' when at the end of the day it is my fault. Of course, I didn't want any of this to happen and it's so annoying. Everyone is telling me i'm lucky they didn't get my habbo thrones and stuff but i'd much rather they got my habbo and not all the Habbox stuff. However, like I said there's nothing I can do now apart from trying to get my email adress back which is pretty hard at the moment.

This goes for me aswell apart from some how they managed to change my recovery questions and access my habbo. Which then led to them trashing HxHD.

Never been hacked myself.

But this reminded me to check all my accounts were secure with different emails and different passwords.

I advise you all to do the same as HxF members seem to be targets at this moment in time. You'll probably be alright if you're not staff, but it's better to be safe than sorry.

Seeing as the user had all the emails spoon fed to him as someone got a hold of all the HxHD staff email's and posted them on a external forum all the guy had to do is guess recoveries. I'm not sure how the original guy got hold of the list of emails but my guess it there's some sort of stickied thread in that staff forums for it? If there is then that should be removed.

It's quite unlucky they got hacked as it wasn't entirely their fault .

Yeah, Leerm got hacked a few weeks ago and they managed to access his staff forums. Leerm is HxHD staff and in the HxHD forums there is a stickied thread with all staffs names and emails which was posted on a well known forum. I'm not sure if this is anything to do with it though, he added me on msn a few days ago and I accepted. I have no idea how he got my email in the first place though thinking about it.
