Ben said that after the sky turned purple (S2), they lost communications and couldn't go back to the real world. Yet Tom was in New York -after- Michael had left the island so mid-S3 mebe? How was he able to do this if Ben said they couldn't go back n' forth?

Ben can contact his friends, can't he? What with him telling Juliet to kill Dan/Charlotte at the gas place through an other.
He could've done the same with Rousseau/Karl as he dislikes Karl and well, Rousseau, she's her mother.
Hopefully it won't be the others though, I want some dramaaa.

The gunshots that were fired at the end were the start of the 'impending attack' that Ben mentioned

Ben is clever, he knew that Rousseau and Alex's bf would put Alex's life before theres and she knew that saying that she was Ben's daughter is the only way out of being killed. Unless Ben wanted Alex to be caught by whoever it is that is firing the shots..

Great episode, nice to see Michael back. I'm disappointed we didn't get to see more of what happened between Michael and Walt. It felt very rushed. No way is Danielle dead, but that Karl guy probably is. Not that I care.
