Erm, properly medium exercise don't over do it dude. You could of got it because of stress what could lead to comfort eating. Just try and cut back from the junk and stick with the healthy stuff.

like 30 mins of it a day? (but only 20 solid mins if you get me..?), and since january I havnt had a single piece of chocolate, and because of my newly installed braces all i've been having are bananas, youghurts, bisciuts and waffles for snacks, seriously nothing else just that,

How much fat have you had?

I used to have a bit of a belly so cut out chocolate, bread, pasta and potatoes from my diet for two months and lost almost three stone it was really amazing I'm now the average weight for my age have noticed I like foods I thought I'd hate and my clothes have become baggy so yay new clothes for me. You really need to have alot of will power though as you will feel extreamly hungry for weeks and that will lead to temptation when you see your friends buying chips and stuff... but once you've taught yourself new habits and you start to notice your clothes becoming baggy it really is rewarding.
