    The pretty much cover it, you even said yourself it only took a couple of minutes, that explains it...
    Also the image on the shirt isnt Isometric and that black line where the dark and light green meet shouldnt be there and there shouldnt be that much dark green, makes it look like some kinda square person.
    And the eyes seem to be copied and pasted, not even bothered to flip, if there not then you need a LOT more work. Dont get me wrong, if its one of your first alt's you need a bit of practice thats all. Ive only actually done one alt which is more of an edit so...
