Aol crap lately? Always been for me. They're always the one ISP who has a problem with the specific thing I'm trying to do. It's quite funny, I had problems with my router and they have an exact help article on their help desk for the exact brand and series name of my router. I might just be unlucky but I hear bad things anyway.

This is the best I've seen my connection in ages:

On the BT check, my line is valid for 8 MBPs connection (haven't tested for higher), so thats a bit rubbish. I'm moving to BT when I move back to my house (moved out as it was pretty much knocked down and rebuilt/redone).
    Kind Regards,

    Guy

urgh so annoying. As soon as o2 broadband is available in my area I am going to get it.
if you was on the £19.99 package, you've been upgraded to a new £9.99 package, 8mbps, but you now have a download limit of 10gb per month, if you exceed it you get your speed capped.

    !
I've had AOL for a few years now and have had very little trouble with them. Only problem with AOL is if you need help, because of the Indian Call Centres(which i always seem to get).
And i dont know if half of you havent read the whole thread or somert but your going to probably experience some downtime and slow speeds because they are migrating to the CPW servers.:rolleyes:

My AOL is poor. It always seems to go off for no reason.
There support is pretty poor with the foreigners and you cant understand what they are trying to tell you.

We only ring AOL after the internet has been down for more than 2 days.
When AOL goes down for me for a week and its a error on there side, they never give us discount.

But meh, we get it cheap because we said we were leaving them and they offered us cheap internet to make us stay.

After our contract is over, we're moving.
