    Question The Complaints Forum?

I don't see why we have a Feedback Forum, but then people people post feedback (negative) it is moved into a forum where other members of the public can't post. Then the threads just seem to be forgotton about.

I still haven't had a reply from sierk.

I think the Complaints forum is just another way to hide embarassing threads to Habbox/Management. Can we get rid of this complaints forum because I really don't see why you would want to keep it unless it's convienent to move negative threads which seems to happen a lot. - (take a look at Kerplunks' thread.)

I also don't want this thread to be moved to complaints thankyou very much.

I agree with you (for once).

I don't see the purpose of a feedback forum if it is giving negative feedback you guys just move it elsewhere so no-one can see.

I agree. It just looks like a place to dump threads and purposely ignore them. They only need a feedback forum. If someone is complaing alot, save the effort of moving the thread and just PM them. It's a more personal touch

Well, complaining about something on the forum is basically giving feedback, so whats the point of the complaints forum?

It seems to me that all the threads in the complaints forum get replies from a General Manager, so it works fine. It is a much more efficient way of dealing with complaints, as it is easier to spot them by management, and it avoids pointless discussions between members who don't really have anything to do with the complaint.
I don't visit the forum much anymore.

Not really, you could have a single member complaining about something - and without allowing other members input then you wouldn't really know whether the complaint is the common opinion of the collective forum. I think that people should be allowed to debate the reasoning and the subject of the complaint as it allows greater feedback.

However; I understand your reasoning fully, however it is simply solved by having much stricter moderation in the complaint threads to weed out the people who are trolling and not adding to the debate, complaint and feedback.

If that's the case, the whole complaints forum should be hidden and only the member who created the complaint thread and the management should be able to see the threads. Having certain threads in the complaints forum visible, which will cause issues with the rest of the forum will most certainly be re-created in the feedback forum anyway. Has done in the past, I do believe.

I think it was planned to be a hidden Forum originally, but people complained about that. So hiding it is only going to cause more complaints .

Edited by ---MAD--- (General Manager): That is not true, the forum was never meant to be hidden from public and never has been. That's why we created a sub forum in the complaints forum for staff so you can complain about a staff member there without them knowing you complained.
