    I can RECIEVE any email , not send any though.

    Thats the error code i get , and yes I have googled it!

    It doesnt seem to want to work , any help would be greatly appreciated.

    it's probably your host's end - what host is the mail server on?
    Ex-janitor. Might pop in from time to time, otherwise you can grab all my information from http://jamesy.me.uk/

    try contacting them, they will be able to tell you the correct settings to use for the outgoing mailserver.

    for outgoing mail its usually smtp.yourisphere

    Make sure your SMTP settings are correct, and try going to account properties and servers (thats in OE) and tick My server requires authentication under outgoing mail server
