Personally, I use Firefox, but Safari looks good too.

Safari due to the fact its the nearly to web standards, proven via Acid test 2 and 3, also the webkit build hit 100% on ACID3 so the safari will be updated soon to it.

Just install it not like it's going to hack your machine, or learn how to add fake caches
