We do a full kara clear for badges and gearing alts etc on a monday yes. Then SSC/TK/Hyjal Thurs - Sunday.

Jimi got in 'cause Alex and Jamie put in goood words for him. Y'know, there IS a rank for people who aren't up to 25man standard (Jimi) and still participate in Kara/ZA. He'll be ready one day if he wishes to bump up. But for zat rank you gotta know a few of us.
