He won't get into much trouble at the start, all you get is like a email saying to remove from the host. Or something, someone will post will more details then i provided

Its somerthing like 4/10 users report vBulletins even if they are real to double check. So if he gains users quick then he'll get spotted quickly.

vBulletin email your hosting provider to suspend your account untill the vBulletin has been removed.

Its best to report it yourself otherwise it could get worse.

Well i no some one that has been running one for well over a year now and has 1000s of members and hes never had a problem
