Ive just found out that Jesse McCartney and Ryan Tedder (From One Republic) actually wrote the song Bleeding love and Jesse McCartney's record label said it would fail so they disgarded it untill Ryan Tedder played it to Clive David who works with Simon Cowell who took the song for Leona lewis.

Avril Lavigne also wrote the song "I Will Be" on Leona's album, writers get money everytime their song is sold either as a single or album

Clive Davis is an absolute genuis, how he listened to Jesse McCartney's version and thought it would be good for Leona is a miracle, because Jesse's version is so boring that I wouldn't even listen to the whole thing, but luckily he thought it would be perfect for Leona and it was

& 'I Will Be' wasn't intended to be on Avril's album at all, but her record label went and put it on a bonus version so really it was just like any artist having a song written for them, it wasn't like she covered it.

Avril decided what went on her album shes not manufactured. All albums need bonus tracks, B-sides etc and I will be was one of them.

Excuse me? I never said Avril was manufactured so I don't see where that little statement came from, all I said was that Leona didn't technically cover the song because it was given to her before Avril's record label went and put it on as a bonus track.
