And yeah if someones working for the cash then thats too far, as even 24 a year is rubbish, i dont even work and get over 24 a week :S

But i agree with sierk and others, its a bonus, not a payment. They work because they enjoy and like habbox, not because they want £2 a month

Personally if i was manager (which we all know will never happen ), i wouldnt take payment, but might take VIP each month

I'm fascinated as to why people haven't gone crazy and told the management that they don't want their money going to people who don't do their jobs to a satisfactory level. But that in itself would be a crazy idea

Well personally I agree that there shouldn't be anyone in a management position who is just here for the money, nor do I think that is the case currently with anyone. I don't take any payment simply because I work for Habbox because I enjoy it and love helping the site. Although I do think it is nice to offer payment to those who may feel they deserve a little incentive for all their hard work and I doubt that this would or is causing any problems.

It is simple really - anyone who isn't doing a good job of managing a department wouldn't be working for Habbox as the standards are high. Really I see no problem here. I also had an idea at one point similar to what Nintendo used to do regarding giving VIP to staff members who work hard, however I forgot about it so + rep, thanks for reminding me.

Payment Is Unnesscery People That Have Joined The Managment And Work For It They Do It For The Habbos And The Enjoyment, Not The Money Involved And If They Do Get Offerd Its Of Apprection, Never Should Or Will Be Out Of Greed, Habbox Pick Only The Best Of The Best.

Habbox Need Funding To Keep There Websites Running, So If You Do Get Offerd And Accept, Please Accept Out Of Politness, As It Would Be A Great Pleasure A For A Website To Pay When It Dose Not Need To Pay, When It Needs Its Money.

Okay, lets say Managers get paid £3 per day (£1 per hour, no more than £3). There aren't many Managers (Not including assistant!), and Habbox make loads from VIP sales every week! If not this, then half it so its 50p per hour & maximum £1.50. Hardly a lot and Habbox should easily be able to afford it.

Upkeeping the whole forum is a lot of work, Managers deserve pay. :8

Well I did the payments to the managers on a couple of occasions as Sierk had a lot on and I have an email saved where one payment for 5 people came to 45 pound, it was probably for a good few months back pay as well, but that money could have been used on Habbox.

They should use the money to get staff motivated like one of the managers mentioned he did, do raffles with them or lucky dip etc to win a tenner. As even though managers work hard, lower staff also do too.
Or the money should start paying Sierk back for all the money he has forked out on Habbox
