Okay, on the task Bar, there should be this little speaker, you double click that.
then go onto options>properties>click the dropdown menu then click input> then make sure wave out mix is clicked> then click ok then click 'wave out mix' instead of microphone. then while 'wave out mix' is clicked whatever noise your computer makes it will be on air, so like if your in a call with someone on skype, that will be on air

Lol, Leah That Would Work For XP But There Is No Properties With Vista, But That Would Of Worked if I Was Using XP
