I keep getting this error popping up and it's getting annoying. Can you tell me how to stop this?

- Couple of hours
- When you log in
- Every 5 mins

When we know that, we might know a solution for it

Its every 5 mins, if not more. Happens more often when I click to change rooms. Also I cant view my own rooms on the navigator and cant search.

I do not know why this is happening, how about trying the habbo help tool? They may know why?

Usually a reload of the hotel / restart of the computer solves this. I suggest you also try uninstalling and then reinstalling shockwave. If none of this works, I suggest you email Habbo via the help tool.

Habbo seems to think that I have out the wrong email into the help tool, so thinks I am trying to recover my account....Hm

Oh if it helps I havent played for well over a year, has an update happened where I need to enter something to get rid of this?

Seriously,

You do not need to do through the habbo help tool,

Like minty said,

Totally wipe SHOCKWAVES off your computer then REINSTALL it

That should work, could also be something to do with your internet connection, maybe check that
