If the parts are made by other compaies, it will take even longer.

You send it to microsoft > Microsoft find the problem > Microsoft Send it the part producers > They check if its repairable or not > They replace or repair it > They then test it > They then send it back to microsoft > Microsoft give it back to you.

as in waiting for the box was the first 2 weeks

its been 21 days -.- ( 3 weeks )

i think the box came last week and it should be back in a week.

Sometimes instead of fixing your xbox and giving it back they send you another one... my friend got his in less than a week.
