It's beyond me while people do this. It makes no sense at all. Also what I find chilling is that people seem to video incidents instead of trying to help these days although this maybe CCTV. Yesterday I watched a show where people were videoing a house falling into a river. I was thinking what if there were people in the house? I think we have become a far less empathetic society.
