Just an idea I had a few weeks ago, but just started making it yesterday.
This is an optional WIP considering if I have time since my exams are starting next month and may start back afterwards. I've got another alt in the making, but its a school related one like my Sixth Form Center, but its still just a WIP:

Chair backs seem a it HUGE, but its wonderful.

Very nice, although the tiling on the kitchen floor seems out of proportion, it may just be tricking my eyes, but it seems like it goes big tile, small tile, big tile, small tile, unless its supposed to do that ofcourse?
Not sure on the chairs, especially the wood running from the top right to the floor, but that's just my opinion
overall I'd give the WIP/alt a 7/10
