Well ive known this girl for along time and we are super close friends. Well larst week she told her best friend that she was "falling for me" and she told some other people, After that she came upto me and told me and i was like i like you to. So i asked her out then 2 hours l8er on msn she said "i liked it when we were friends" so that ment i was dumped with in 2 hours =/

She said to this girl it didnt feel right :S
a girl told me it was because she deeply fancys a pop star singer person lol and i think thats sad

give me some things i could do or say

she should grow up she will never go out with a pop-star singer i thought tht was for like little kids that didnt really know what love is lol

just talk to her about it say what you feel about her and how much you love her (if u do ) and just be really nice to her ask her out and if she dose not want to go out with you because of a child hood thing where u always fancy/love some singer just stay friends with her

Some people prefer to stay as friends becuase when you go out with one another the astmosphere between you changes. Like it can make it more complicated between you both.

It's a matter of how you both feel between one another. If you ended up breaking up from your relationship it could cause damage to your friendship, which is something she may not want to risk.

The best thing you can do is support her in the decision she has made.

She may prefer the way you two were as mates instead of the way you two were as being together.

Talk to her though if you're that bothered and see where you two stand. You may have another chance or you may just have to accept that just having a friendship with her is for the best.

and if she had "fallen for you" then surely she would be happy about being with you..
did you do anything in those two hours?
If so maybe she wasn't comfertable with it? :S
you should deffinately ask her why one minute shes in love with you and two hours later she doesn't want to be with you
also tell her that she'll never get a pop star
