I'm really tired of their current layout. They've had it for years now, isn't it time to change now?

It's a boring layout too..
And i'm sure like 75% of the people who goes on there are tired of it too

Im sure managment have something in mind as they know its getting old now. Its a subject which has been brought up many times recently.
