I think for the one that comes built into windows its

1. ftp://yoursite.com:21
2. type your username and password in the box that appears.

Filezilla sucks, always disconnects me from the server and times out. It's better to just use Windows Explorer.

The Windows FTP is screwy for me, so I don't see issues with FireZilla most of the time.
