Problems with Mario Kart Wii Online.

I know lots of you are having the same problem.. And hopefully they'll get it fixed soon! For those of you who don't know what the problem is or aren't affected
(LUCKY YOU!) well basically everytime you try to go on Nintendo WFC on Mario Kart Wii it takes a LONG time to load and when it eventually
does a messages comes up: "Yadidaidsnandsksk.. Error code: 61070 (or 61010)

This apparently is happening on Brawl as well.. But I'm not sure as I don't have that. It's not out yet here.. in the UK

I had this problem earlier, it was error 91010 or something. I just left it a while and it worked soon after.

I've never had this problem on Mario Kart or my import copy of Brawl.
The lagg issue in Brawl is gone now, I can play americans without any lagg really
