Well, I just fell out of a tree, landed on my head/back and now my head really hurts, feels like a migrane.

Seems like a pretty stupid question, but its never happened to me before - will I be okay?

If it hurts for days on end. See your local GP for some advise or treatment.

take 2 paracetamols or asprin, wait until tomorrow and see how you are then. if the pain still persists, then either book a doctors appointment or wait until monday which you may have to do anyway because i dont think they are open on sundays (unless a&e)?
