    It depends if its just some crappy tag which doesn't look very good, but if it's like properly artistic like a whole sketch of something, for example where I live, a couple of years ago this place got boarded off, and the council allowed anyone to graffiti on there if they wanted to, its completely covered with the most amazing graffiti you'll ever see.
