It sounds good if you could pull it off, i just think it's too much effort, time and pointless making something like this which, would take an awful long time and work! just for Habbo?

I would say quite positively that you copied and pasted most of the list from the vBulletin Features List.
Sure, you wrote some of it but the parts highlighted are the EXACT SAME (Of course, You changed vBulletin to HFB)
