    lol.
I was a bit surprised at the front page. Didn't think I could do it, then looked at it for a minute then realised what was needed.

    Mine went pretty good.
I think I could get a B on that paper but maybe not. But I'm pretty confident with a B on that paper.
    What on earth @ the q like... Explain why: x2 - x - 5 = 0 makes x = 2.8 or something!
In the end, I don't think there was any sine or cosine, lol... I like sine rule.
Didn't do quadratic equations either, I don't think. I'm good at that.
It did get really quite hard at the end.

That question with 2.8 was SO easy.

All you had to say was, look across on the graph, at the 0 line the graph interesects it at 2.8!

Thought the maths one was easier than I expected. The past papers were definitely harder than that!

There was that darn 7 mark question with the 'work out the mass' of the two cubes and the pyramid and I was like '***?' so yeah, I lost 7 marks minimum. I did try it though!

I was looking at it and I was like, it's on the 0. What do I say? How can I explain the answer? Lol.

I did the "Higher Linear EDEXL" maths paper (1hr 45m) and it was pretty easy untill question 22 - 27? I sort of knew which questions I got right and I think I got 82/100 in total. But thats only the ones I know I did get. Does anyone know the grade boundaries? ;o

    EDIT :

Checked on some forums these are quotes :

    i think it's about 30% for a C, 45% for a B, 65% for an A and 80%/85% for an A*. That's that i was told.

i think for our maths exam in november the grade boudaries for higher were:
    ~82% A*
    ~75% (?) A

we've been told around 85% is A* but personally i reckon it might be a bit higher, since the exam is supposedly "easier"but for higher

    its 30~ marks for C
    and over 40 probably B
