Ghosts Ahoy (Members): Port Phasmatys is well known in smith circles as it is the closest furnace to a bank in the game. The closing doors are only a mild inconvenience. Please be aware that completion of the Priest in Peril quest is required. Completion of the The Restless Ghost quest is not required but wearing a Ghostspeak amulet is needed to complete this quest. It is also needed while smelting to save a little time each time you use the bank.

The one noreth of edgeville bank is apparently good but you need a quest. I use the Blast Furnace though World 58 :8.

But you need to do the achievement diary (however you spell it)

Port whatever is best then its edge.

For edge you need the Achievement diary (atleast on easiest) to get the varrok armour to gain access to it.

in my opinion, edgeville is the closest to a bank. but as its already been said, you need to complete all of one part of the varrock achievement diary to access it, completion of the easy part wont take long
