Hello,
I have a problem with COD4 (Call Of Duty 4) online, I originally though t it was because I had the US edition instead of the Australian one but that seems not the case.
So, when ever I connect to the server my connection strength is always either 2 bars, or 1 bar, and then I sometimes get "Connection interrupted". How can I fix this? I am going through WIFI and my strength is about 60% but that isn't the problem because I have it in the lounge room sometimes and the strength is %90+ and it still gives me the same error...
Could it be because someone is surfing the net? even with out downloading? And my internet is "8mbp/s" but that cannot be,
are the results from the speedtest.

Connection interupted is the the host leaving and don't worry about the bars and it makes no difference in my opinion.

They sometimes do, people see you lagging although you run smoothly.

It's just your internet. Change ISP or something if it's that bad.

Only problem, we are hoping to upgrade to ADSL+2 but my current ISP hasn't got it in my area yet, damn us australians!!

My Xbox isn't too far away from the router at my dads and when he goes on internet I can see a massive difference, it starts lagging like mad and just jumping and then I get 1 bar, although it's on Xbox it's probably the same problem. At my dads it's only 2mb internet though so having xbox and internet at same it probably cant handle it wereas yours is 8mb.. :S lol

Australia has weak Internet speeds right now. I heard they were updating the speeds a few months back, it really disrupts online gaming. I'm on the standard wired broadband and I really need an upgrade.
