Edexcel...bloody useless

[Hopeless]

Today i had my 2Hr30min ICT AS examination... ended up lasting for 3hr15mins due to:

1) Some people didn't have the correct special computer log-ins
2) Edexcel forgot to give us permission to print our work
3) 3 Vital typing errors in the question paper
4) Computers didn't allow us to use Excel (exam on a spreadsheet)
5) We needed to obtain pictures from a webite given to us in the senario... but didn't let us even go on the internet and had to use word clip-art
6) Edexcel Examiner didn't even know where 'file/save as' was


...bloody rediculous

nope.. we just got a letter sent home saying:


Deepest apologies for the upset caused during the examination on ..... and basically said they will look into the issues raised
